# Talk to a real person

Concerto is made by Archa Solutions, LLC. There is no ticket maze and no phone tree: one address reaches the people who build and run the product.

[info@archasolutions.com](mailto:info@archasolutions.com)

We answer email during US business hours and aim to reply within two business days.

## What to write about

One address, three kinds of question

Everything below goes to info@archasolutions.com. Naming the topic in the subject line gets it in front of the right person faster.

### Product support

Trouble uploading, playback problems, billing questions, or anything that is not behaving the way this site says it should. Include your workspace name and, if it helps, a link to the song or version so we can look at the same thing you are.

### Privacy and data requests

Ask for a copy of your data, ask for your account and its uploads to be deleted, or ask what we store and where. Requests are handled by the same address; see the privacy notice for what we collect in the first place.

### Legal and vendor questions

Terms of service, the subprocessor list, security questionnaires, and anything else a label, studio, or client procurement team needs before signing off on a tool.

## Before you write

A fair number of questions already have written answers. The [features pages](https://concerto.studio/features) describe what the product does and where the limits are, the [changelog](https://concerto.studio/changelog) lists what shipped and when, and the [about page](https://concerto.studio/about) covers who makes Concerto and what it is deliberately not.

For compliance review, the [privacy notice](https://concerto.studio/privacy), the [terms of service](https://concerto.studio/tos), and the [subprocessor list](https://concerto.studio/subprocessors) are public and current. If your team needs something those documents do not cover, say so in the email and we will answer directly rather than pointing you back at a page.
