  1. Audio or visual content uploaded by users is stored in Cloudflare R2.
  2. User-generated content is retained as long as the individual maintains an account in the app.

  1. Concerto does not share personal information or user-generated content with any third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  1. Users can access all their data or request its deletion at any time.
  2. Users can request that their account be deleted, which will result in the deletion of all associated personal information and user-generated content.

  1. Concerto uses first-party cookies only for authenticating to the application and ensuring its functionality.
  2. No tracking cookies are used.

7. Data Security

  1. Concerto follows industry-standard database security protocols to protect user data.
