In‑App Feedback Modal
Click the “Feedback” badge in the top bar to submit thoughts without leaving Concerto.
Choose a type (Feature Request, Bug Report, Support, Encouragement, Other) and add details.
Clear, Actionable Notifications
When an admin responds or resolves your feedback, you’ll get a concise in‑app notification with context (including a short snippet when there’s a reply), so you know what changed at a glance.
You can also see everything you’ve submitted under Settings → My Feedback.
Click any item to view the full message, status, and any admin response.
